Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires an individual with a strong passion for sales and marketing, capable of executing marketing strategies, generating leads, building customer relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both sales and marketing functions, with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Responsibilities

Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain a database of prospects, clients, and sales activities using CRM tools.

2. Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media promotions.

Create engaging content and promotional materials in coordination with the marketing team.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to optimize efforts.

3. Customer Engagement & Feedback

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and timely.
4. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular sales and marketing reports highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
