Vikarta Herbals is a growing herbal & cosmetic products manufacturer . We focus on natural, high-quality personal care solutions and are expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop white-label business opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Build long-term relationships with start-ups, established brands, and distributors in the herbal & cosmetic sector.
- Conduct market research to spot trends in herbal, organic, and cosmetic products.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to propose product ideas and customization options for clients.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events to generate leads.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts; track performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new white-label partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in herbal, cosmetic, FMCG, or contract/white-label manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, packaging, and product development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.
