Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospects, nurturing them to conversion.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.

Maintain and update records of leads, opportunities, and customer information in the CRM system.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the best possible terms for the company while fostering long-term customer relationships.

Follow up with leads and customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
2. Marketing Campaigns and Brand Promotion:

Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print, and digital platforms.

Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements, to increase brand awareness.

Design and execute promotional events, webinars, and product launches to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Ensure that marketing activities are aligned with sales goals and company objectives.

Track the success of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics to refine future strategies.
3. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Provide insights and recommendations for product development based on market demands and customer feedback.

Analyze the company’s competitive position and identify new business opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
