Job Description
- This Job is a Field Marketing Job.
- To generate new leads in Market
- Increasing brand awareness and market share in industry.
- Developing & implementing plans and strategies to achieve sales.
- Conduct Primary & Secondary market research related to Product, market potential, Competitor and price mapping.
- To develop strong business relations with clients, coordinate with existing Clients and convert clients into customers.
- To explore business opportunities by sending Mass mails, Cold calls & establishing initial business communication.
- This job is 5-Days working on Field. Odd No. of Saturdays are Work from Office. Even No. of Saturdays are Off. All Sundays are Off. Public Holidays are Off.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Client Meetings & Presentations: Arrange meetings with potential customers, make presentations to promote products or services, and clearly communicate product features and benefits.

Sales Follow-ups: Maintain follow-ups with leads to convert prospects into customers. Address inquiries and negotiate deals to ensure successful closure.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

Order Management: Process orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure post-sale support for customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and status updates using CRM tools or spreadsheets. Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to the manager.
2. Marketing Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' products, prices, and marketing strategies.

Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services through digital, print, and offline channels.

Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing company websites, SEO/SEM strategies, email campaigns, and social media marketing activities.

Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, newsletters, and promotional videos.

Branding: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication materials.

Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, expos, marketing events, and networking functions to generate leads and promote brand visibility.

Customer Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.
