Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, effective communication, sales, and marketing activities to promote and sell the company's range of products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Market Planning and Market Research skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Sales and Marketing skills
- Experience in the steel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling company products/services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage social media campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and content creation.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, email marketing, and advertising initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Work closely with the design team to create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
