Job Description
Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print, and events.
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage processes to attract, engage, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Brand Promotion: Increase brand awareness through consistent messaging, content creation, and promotional activities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and sales data to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, operations, and customer service teams to align strategies and deliver optimal results.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or IT.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Creativity and a results-oriented mindset.
