Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the growth and success of a company by generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. This role combines both strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring an individual who is dynamic, result-oriented, and skilled in both sales tactics and marketing techniques. The executive will play a critical role in identifying market opportunities, promoting brand awareness, and ultimately increasing the company’s revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and site visits when required.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled deadlines.

Handle customer objections and negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.

Provide clients with after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Use CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
Marketing Duties:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products or services.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.

Work on brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences.

Manage social media platforms and create content for online campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, and banners.

Track marketing campaign effectiveness through metrics such as engagement, conversion, and ROI.
