Skyrath Pvt. Ltd. is building Stoklo, a technology-driven B2B marketplace transforming how
Indian pharmacies procure medicines—direct from manufacturers with better pricing,
transparency, and efficiency.
Role Summary
We are hiring Field Sales Interns to drive on-ground pharmacy onboarding and
engagement. This role is execution-heavy and focused on market penetration, relationship
building, and revenue support.
Key Responsibilities (KRA-Based)
1. Market Coverage & Lead Generation
- Visit assigned territories (chemist shops, distributors, stockists)
- Identify and approach potential pharmacies for onboarding
- Build a daily pipeline of prospects
2. Client Acquisition (Onboarding)
- Pitch Stoklo platform and explain benefits (pricing, margins, availability)
- Assist in onboarding pharmacies onto the platform/app
- registration completion
3. Sales Conversion & Revenue Support
- Drive first order from newly onboarded clients
- Encourage repeat ordering behaviour
- Coordinate with internal team for order fulfilment
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with chemists and retailers
- Resolve basic queries and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
5. Market Intelligence
- Collect competitor pricing, schemes, and demand trends
- Share actionable insights with sales/strategy team
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing/Completed BBA / MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing, Pharma preferred)
- Comfortable with field sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication in the local language
- Willing to travel within assigned territory

- Basic reporting (Excel / Google Sheets)
Internship Details
- Location: Pan India Remote (Field-Based)
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: up to ₹20,000/month ( Performance based)
- Working Days: 6 Days/Week
