Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Dealer & Distributor Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.

Expand the dealer network to increase market presence.

Ensure timely stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
3. Market Research & Competition Analysis

Conduct market research to understand demand trends and competitor activities.

Provide insights to develop pricing and promotional strategies.

Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
4. Marketing & Promotional Activities
-
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement programs.

Ensure effective brand positioning in the local market.

Work with the marketing team to develop brochures, digital ads, and social media content.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-
Maintain sales records, customer feedback, and competitor analysis reports.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics and delivery.

Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
