The Sales and Marketing Executive is a dynamic role responsible for driving the company’s sales growth and implementing effective marketing strategies. This individual acts as a vital link between the company and its customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Sales and Marketing Executive will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and management to develop and execute campaigns that increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and attending events.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and accurately record all sales activities in the CRM system.

2. Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Help create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and newsletters.

Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics to improve results.

Coordinate with external vendors such as advertising agencies, media houses, and event organizers.

Support product launches and promotional events.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product development and management teams.

Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer requests.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Reporting and Analysis

Prepare regular sales and marketing reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
