Job Role :
• Candidate would be responsible for Sales and Business Development
•A passion for customer service and building strong client relationships
•Should be able to negotiate business, quote prices, and arrange deliveries
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Analyze sales and marketing performance data to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Identify and explore new market opportunities and customer segments.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify prospective clients through various channels including cold calling, online research, referrals, and field visits.

Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers.

Develop and maintain a database of leads, clients, and market contacts.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet organizational sales targets.

Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings to close deals.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
4. Marketing Activities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns both online and offline.

Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and digital ads.

Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms with new content and promotions.

Participate in events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads.
5. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Provide after-sales support and handle any issues or concerns to ensure positive customer experiences.

Act as a point of contact between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and follow-ups using CRM software or spreadsheets.

Provide feedback from customers and the market to help improve products and services.
7. Team Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams including product development, finance, and customer service to coordinate sales efforts.
