Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Sales & Business Development
-
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
2️⃣ Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Analyze sales data and prepare reports on market insights, sales performance, and customer feedback.

Recommend pricing strategies and promotional activities based on market trends.
3️⃣ Marketing Campaign Execution

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

Manage digital marketing activities, including social media marketing, SEO, and email campaigns.

Collaborate with the design team to create advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.

Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
4️⃣ Customer Relationship Management

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Develop and maintain a customer database for ongoing engagement and follow-ups.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
5️⃣ Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
