( JD FOR SALES and MARKETING EXECUTIVE) Immediate Required Position

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Work Industry: - E- commerce one to one and business-to-business Customer Product Selling Sales & Marketing Executive.

Job responsibilities: - This position is responsible for Wedding Vendors Product selling and sales Lead generates. The person hired for position will be responsible for providing excellent Sales in order to achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objectives. One to one Customer Product Selling for Wedding Vendors customers for Multiple Sales & services like New Sales Leads Generates, Mobility Voice Product Selling, Promotional Sales Activity Calls, Service Requests etc.

Salary Details : Compensation -: Rs. 126000/- per annul CTC Rs.10500/- per month CTC (10 % increments after 12 months) Mobile Conv -: part of CTC Petrol Conv -: part of CTC Working hours-; 10 hours (on field work-flexible with requirements , 9:30AM To 7:30PM)

Job Location :- Indore

Product Training :- 3 days full time

Joining :- Immediate (After Product Training Completions)

Preferable Experience, Knowledge and Tools

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Field Work experience

• High call volume activity

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Working independently with a minimum amount of oversight

• Integrating information from multiple sources

• Consistent achievement of target quotas

Preferred Knowledge (includes minimum knowledge):

• Commanding MS Office Excel

• Inside One-to-One Sales Marketing relationship management

• Inside Customer-to-Customer relationship management

• Inside business-to-business relationship management

• Working within a multi-division organization with various Product of Service and sales channels

Education / Qualifications : Minimum:

• Associates 12th Pass

• Diploma, Professional Degree, Bachelor Degree, Graduations Any field.

Preferred: · Graduations /Under Graduations Any field · Minimum 12 Months of sales experience or any combination of field work Sales Marketing or Any Other Marketing Process experience.
