Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing / Business Development Executive to promote our services, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive growth through innovative strategies.
Key Roles & Responsibilities: Business Development:· Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and market research.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
· Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and present tailored solutions.
· Negotiate terms of business and close deals to achieve sales targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Marketing:· Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote company services/products.
· Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
· Participate in promotional activities, events, seminars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
· Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and email marketing.
· Contribute to the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies).
Sales & Reporting:· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
· Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, client feedback, and market insights.
· Forecast sales performance and suggest improvements in strategies.
