Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a product-focused startup, contribute ideas, build market strategies from scratch, and grow along with the company.
Key Responsibilities-
Identify and approach potential dealers, channel partners, and direct customers

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets

Promote V-Fill products through online and offline marketing channels

Create engaging content for product demos, social media, and promotions (video creation preferred)

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and feedback loops

Assist in setting up and executing local campaigns, exhibitions, or dealer meets

Collaborate with the product team to align marketing efforts with feature updates and USPs

Passionate about sales, marketing, and working in a fast-paced startup environment

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in digital marketing or social media promotions is a plus

Interest or experience in video content creation is highly preferred

Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven

Willingness to travel locally if needed
