Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and market development. The primary responsibility of this position is to drive lead generation, manage client interactions, conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations, and close sales deals. The role also involves after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
The successful candidate must have a strong interest in marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and a willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork. Owning a two-wheeler and being comfortable with field visits is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Research:

Proactively identify potential customers through cold calling, online research, field visits, referrals, and networking.

Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads and prospective clients.

Study market trends and competitors to understand the business landscape and identify new opportunities.

Participate in marketing campaigns, local events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate inquiries.
2. Client Visits & Relationship Management:

Schedule and conduct regular field visits to meet with potential and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions based on company offerings.

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent interpersonal skills and professional service.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries before, during, and after the sales process.
3. Product Demonstrations & Presentations:

Organize and deliver effective product demos and presentations to prospective clients at their premises or designated locations.

Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage in a way that aligns with customer needs.

Address customer objections or concerns with clarity, confidence, and factual information.

Coordinate with the technical or product team for complex demos, if required.
4. Quote Preparation & Negotiation:

Prepare accurate and customized quotations/proposals in coordination with the pricing team or management.

Follow up on submitted quotes and negotiate pricing and terms to close the sale.

Ensure quotations are aligned with company policies and profitability standards.

Maintain transparency and clarity in all commercial discussions.
5. Sales Closure & Documentation:

Convert leads into successful sales through effective persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Ensure all documentation related to the sale (purchase order, invoice, agreements) is complete and submitted in a timely manner.

Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets as defined by the management.

Provide weekly reports on sales activities, client meetings, and progress toward targets.
6. After-Sales Service & Client Retention:

Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Resolve any issues or concerns that arise post-sale in a professional and timely manner.

Offer support on installation, training, or usage as needed.

Promote repeat business by maintaining strong ongoing client relationships.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.

Prefer experience in sales, marketing, field sales, or customer-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in [local language] and English.
