Job Description
Acquire new clients through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
Understand clients' financial goals and risk profiles to recommend suitable investment solutions.
Build and manage long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups and portfolio reviews.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documents, and transaction history.
Ensure all activities comply with SEBI and other regulatory requirements.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
6month–1 years of experience in financial sales or investment advisory.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Sales:

Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, events, online channels, and partnerships.

Present and sell financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, retirement plans, fixed deposits, bonds, and wealth management services.

Understand the specific financial needs and goals of clients and recommend appropriate financial solutions.

Conduct needs-based financial assessments to help clients plan for major life events like home buying, education, retirement, and wealth transfer.
2. Financial Planning and Advisory:

Provide strategic advice on investments, risk management, savings plans, tax efficiency, and asset allocation.

Educate clients on available financial products and their risks, returns, and suitability.

Develop customized financial plans tailored to individual or business needs.

Monitor client portfolios, assess progress toward goals, and provide regular updates and recommendations.
3. Marketing and Promotion:

Design and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Manage online marketing initiatives including email campaigns, content marketing, and social media promotions.

Organize financial awareness programs, webinars, and client education workshops.

Develop brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials to showcase services and products.
4. Relationship Management:

Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service.

Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries, support, and service needs.

Address client concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Maintain a client relationship database (CRM) with complete and up-to-date information.
5. Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all financial services and transactions are compliant with regulatory guidelines (e.g., SEBI, IRDAI, RBI).

Maintain accurate documentation of client transactions, risk profiles, financial plans, and service history.

Stay up to date with changes in financial products, policies, regulations, and market trends.
