Designation: Sales And Marketing Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Set and track sales targets for the company
2. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
3. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
5. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
6. Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
7. Build an open-communication environment for your team
8. Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Skills and other requirements:
1. Great communicator, presenter and influencer
2. Must have impeccable verbal and written communication and negotiation skills (Both English and Hindi)
3. Consistent track record of beating targets
4. Must be aggressive towards driving increased revenue and sales, month on month
5. High energy with the desire and ability to grow and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
6. Highly disciplined in approach and familiar with sales management tools and CRM
