Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and market research. The ideal candidate will assist in generating leads, promoting products/services, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels.
- Support the sales team in following up with leads and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.
2. Marketing Campaign Assistance
- Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Assist in content creation for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and industry competitors.
- Gather insights to improve marketing strategies and sales approaches.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing product/service information.
- Help maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Assist in preparing reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Organize and maintain sales and marketing documents.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

We also help import other GWP items such as mirrors, brushes, etc. for these brands.
With close to 14years of experience in manufacturing, our team of young designers and merchandisers is able to deliver classic and trendy designs that are custom-made to suit your brand’s needs. We work with a variety of materials including Canvas, Jute, P.U, PVC among others.
We have a factory of ~100 machines and all production is undertaken in-house, which allows us to oversee every aspect of the process to ensure quality. We also strongly believe in the value of customer satisfaction, and you will find us available on-hand through the entire length of the process.
