Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a hands-on learning opportunity to gain practical experience in sales strategies, marketing campaigns, lead generation, customer engagement, and brand promotion.
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to understand customer needs, support business growth, and participate in various campaigns that promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Lead Generation

Assist in identifying potential clients through market research, databases, and online platforms.

Make initial outbound calls or emails to engage potential customers and share company offerings.

Assist sales executives in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and client presentations.

2. Marketing Activities

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Help design marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, presentations, and newsletters.

Support in managing social media accounts by creating engaging content and responding to queries.

Contribute ideas for marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and customer outreach.

Track the performance of campaigns and prepare basic reports on results.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Understand customer requirements and provide basic product or service information.

Participate in client calls and meetings to gain exposure to customer interactions.

Assist the team in building strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
4. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

Assist in compiling insights and preparing reports for strategic decision-making.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and marketing tools.
5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks

Prepare and update sales and marketing documents, proposals, and presentations.

Support in maintaining databases, reports, and performance trackers.

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing fundamentals.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like social media, email campaigns, and SEO.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
