This role offers hands-on experience in sales techniques, market research, and client engagement. Responsibilities
● Observe and learn sales and marketing activity including direct and channel selling, telemarketing, lead generation, participation in trade organizations, cold calling and other techniques to obtain and maintain business.
● Learn to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects.
● Communicate with clients via calls to understand their property requirements in Noida.
● Educate clients on our products, focusing on features and benefits.
● Analyze business needs to uncover new opportunities.
● Schedule and accompany clients on meetings.
● Maintain Data in Real estate software.
Requirements
● Open to graduates from any field.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office – plus ability to learn new systems.
● Maintaining a professional demeanour.
● Desire to learn about the real estate industry
● Able to thrive in a team environment.
● Strong organizational skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Stipend: 10k + incentive
