Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This internship is a hands-on field role that involves learning how to pitch financial products such as loans (personal, home, business, etc.) and insurance (life, health, general) directly to clients. Under the guidance of experienced senior executives, the intern will receive comprehensive training in product knowledge, customer interaction, sales techniques, and lead generation.
This internship provides a solid foundation for anyone looking to build a career in financial services, sales, marketing, or business development. It includes practical exposure to both B2C and B2B client handling, as well as technical and financial insights into products and services offered by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales and Client Interaction:

Conduct field visits as directed by the senior sales team to generate leads and pitch financial products to prospective customers.

Meet clients at their home, office, or designated locations to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products.

Distribute brochures, collect customer information, and support in completing application forms.
2. Product Promotion and Learning:

Learn the key features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various financial products such as:

Business Loans

Vehicle Loans

Life, Health, and General Insurance

Use company-approved scripts, pitches, and sales kits for product presentation.
3. Cold Calling and Lead Generation:

Learn and perform telecalling under supervision to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and introduce company services.

Record responses, maintain lead databases, and share updates with the senior sales team.

Support digital outreach if required via WhatsApp, SMS, or email campaigns.
4. Client Meeting Assistance:

Accompany senior executives in meetings with clients and observe sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation strategies.

Assist in completing documentation, KYC collection, and basic financial calculations under supervision.
5. Sales Reporting and Feedback:

Submit daily and weekly reports on field visits, lead status, and customer feedback.

Share insights on customer behavior, competitor activity, and product-related queries.

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for business development ideas.
