Job Description
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Coordinate with the front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure smooth client experience.
Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and sales activities.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Track performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, social media platforms).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel and attend events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and revenue management tools.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
