Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the Sales and Marketing teams in executing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing operations, including market research, social media management, content creation, campaign execution, and customer outreach.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, creative, detail-oriented, and has a passion for understanding consumer behavior, digital marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support sales strategies.

Help gather and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction surveys.

Assist in identifying potential leads, new business opportunities, and target audiences.
2. Content Creation and Social Media Management

Assist in creating content for marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and blog posts.

Help manage the company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Track social media engagement and assist in optimizing posts to increase visibility and interaction.
3. Sales Support

Assist in lead generation by identifying and reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, or social media.

Schedule meetings, assist in sales presentations, and prepare sales reports for the team.

Provide support in tracking sales data, customer inquiries, and following up on leads.
4. Event Planning and Campaign Execution

Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies and creative ideas.
5. Administrative and Reporting Tasks
