As a Sales and Marketing Representative at Hive and Honey Co, your main focus will be to promote and sell our Natural Farm Fresh honey to retail stores in wholesale. Your key responsibilities will include personally contacting and visiting potential stores to introduce and demonstrate our products, as well as securing sales agreements. In addition, you will actively seek out potential distributors and wholesalers to expand our distribution network.

We value your dedication and hard work, which is why this position offers an exciting commission-based structure. For every kilogram of honey sold, you will earn a generous commission of 10 INR. Additionally, for every Door to Door sale you make, you will receive an enticing commission of 20 INR per kilogram. With unlimited potential, your earnings can grow as you successfully bring our Natural Fram Fresh honey to more stores and customers, both through traditional retail channels and convenient home deliveries.

Your role is vital in growing our market presence and forging strong partnerships with stores. By effectively communicating the unique qualities of our honey and building relationships based on trust and reliability, you will contribute to our continued success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Targeting Store Sales: Identify and prioritize target stores for wholesale honey sales. Develop a strategic approach to penetrate new markets and increase sales volume.

Store Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stores where honey has been sold. Keep track of sales performance, order history, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and tailor marketing strategies.

Building Business Connections: Build and nurture long-term relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers. Establish a strong network of contacts within the industry to facilitate new business leads and maximize sales potential.

Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Coordinate with the marketing team to create enticing product displays, marketing collateral, and campaigns tailored for stores.

Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, product penetration, and market share. Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Meeting Sales Targets: You will be assigned weekly, daily, or monthly sales targets, and it will be your responsibility to meet or exceed them.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with store owners and build business relationships.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages to communicate with diverse customers.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
• Excellent record-keeping and data management skills.
• Knowledge of the honey market and understanding of store purchasing behaviors is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have their own vehicle for transportation purposes.
