Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. This role requires a hands-on approach to generating leads, creating marketing collateral, and executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Conduct cold calling and engage with potential clients through various channels, including email and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and presentations.
- Utilize design tools such as Canva to create visually appealing marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance online presence and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an industrial or B2B setup.
- Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in content writing and email marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Proficient in using design tools like Canva or similar software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
