Job Description
Managing Sales & Operations of the company. Targeting New Clients and maintaining relationship with the old clients.
Taking care of operations
- Following up: Following up on leads, proposals, and customer interactions to ensure timely progress and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Forecasting and Planning

Collaborate with the sales team to gather market intelligence and develop accurate demand forecasts.

Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer behaviors to predict future sales patterns.

Support strategic planning initiatives by integrating sales forecasts with inventory and operational plans.

Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust forecasts accordingly to reflect changes in market conditions.
2. Sales Strategy Execution
-
Work closely with the senior sales leadership to align operational capabilities with strategic sales goals.

Translate high-level business objectives into tactical execution plans for sales and operational teams.

Assist in designing sales incentive programs that align with business goals and ensure they are effectively implemented.
3. Operational Management
-
Oversee day-to-day operations related to order processing, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management.

Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure inventory levels meet customer demand without overstocking.

Improve operational workflows and implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Serve as the liaison between sales, operations, finance, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive execution of business plans.

Facilitate regular meetings between departments to align on objectives, resolve bottlenecks, and promote transparent communication.

Support the integration of new tools, technologies, or systems that improve cross-departmental efficiency.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales and operational performance.

Conduct root-cause analysis of underperforming areas and implement corrective action plans.

Present regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
6. Customer Experience Enhancement
-
Partner with customer service and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.

Resolve customer complaints related to order fulfillment, delays, or product availability in a timely and professional manner.
7. Budget and Cost Management
-
Manage departmental budgets and ensure operational activities remain within budget constraints.

Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment processes without compromising quality or customer service.

Contribute to the development of pricing strategies by analyzing operational costs and market dynamics.
