We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Service Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to promote our software products, assist customers, and ensure excellent service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote software products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, product information, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve customer experience and achieve business goals.
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, CRM tools, etc.).
- Ability to handle CRM software and databases for tracking calls and leads.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
Soft Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
