Job Description
NeoMotion develops product based solutions like wheelchairs, scooters, etc. to enable customers to experience life to the fullest.
Job Responsibility
1. Interact with customers facing any challenge and resolve it as per the defined solution to the problem
2. If the challenge/issue is new, then discuss with design team and bring defined solution to it
3. Record each and every information coming from customer as per defined process
4. Ensure the turn-around time for each issue reported is less than 6 hours (avg)
5. Travel (across India) will be required to resolve critical issues
6. Training & Service camps to be organized in major cities

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
