Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales and Service Executive to join our team. This role is a blend of sales and post-sales support, where you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, closing sales, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.

You will be the face of the company, maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and communication. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving customer issues and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through market visits, inbound inquiries, referrals, and online leads.
Explain and demonstrate products or services to customers.
Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, features, and warranty terms.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

2. Customer Service Responsibilities:

Provide excellent after-sales support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
Schedule and coordinate product installations, maintenance visits, or repair services with technicians.
Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain detailed service records and issue reports to management as needed.

3. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain regular contact with clients to inform them of new products or services.
Collect feedback from customers and report to the appropriate department to improve product or service quality.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, complaints, and service logs.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales or service manager.
Update CRM systems or spreadsheets with customer data and service status.

5. Coordination & Teamwork:

Work closely with the sales team, technical staff, and service engineers.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for dispatches and returns.
Support marketing campaigns, product demos, or promotional events.
