Job Description

Sales and Services for user-facing features for websites or applications. Two Wheeler Must with License , Optimize performance and ensure compatibility across Copier Machines. Collaborate with backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales & Customer Onboarding

✅ Present and demonstrate website/app features to potential clients.
✅ Assist customers in setting up and customizing their accounts or services.
✅ Provide product training, tutorials, and walkthroughs for new users.
✅ Identify customer needs and recommend best-fit features or upgrades.

2️⃣ Customer Support & Issue Resolution

✅ Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
✅ Troubleshoot issues related to feature accessibility, functionality, or integrations.
✅ Work closely with the technical team to resolve bugs or performance issues.
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions and follow-ups.

3️⃣ Feature Optimization & User Engagement

✅ Gather user feedback and suggest improvements for website/app features.
✅ Track and analyze feature adoption rates and customer satisfaction.
✅ Work with UI/UX teams to enhance usability and user experience.
✅ Assist in A/B testing and usability research to optimize features.

4️⃣ Documentation & Reporting

✅ Maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and how-to guides for customers.
✅ Generate reports on feature usage, customer engagement, and service requests.
✅ Share customer feedback and insights with development and marketing teams.
