Sales and Social Media Executive
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Social Media Executive to join our team. The role involves following up with customers and vendors, generating new orders, boosting sales through social media platforms, and supporting overall business growth.
This is a hybrid role where the candidate must visit the office at least three times a week for a few hours and handle the rest of the work remotely. In addition to a fixed base salary, performance-based commissions will be provided on successful order closures and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development

Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reach out to new potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Understand client requirements and provide relevant product information.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
2. Vendor Coordination

Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and deliveries.

Ensure timely follow-up to avoid delays in order fulfillment.

Negotiate better deals and pricing with suppliers to maximize profitability.
3. Social Media Marketing

Manage company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.

Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products and attract customers.

Create engaging content such as product posts, reels, offers, and customer stories.

Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media promptly.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily records of customer follow-ups, inquiries, and conversions.

Submit weekly performance reports to the management.

Keep track of social media campaign analytics and prepare insights for improvement.
Skills & Competencies:

Sales Skills: Good persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into orders.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language.

Social Media Knowledge: Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms for business.

Customer Handling: Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, and social media tools.

Time Management: Ability to manage hybrid work and meet deadlines effectively.
Educational & Experience Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
