Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Sales Associate - Fresher with a MBA background to join our dynamic team. This role is designed to provide in-depth exposure to strategic sales planning, highly Corporate B2B marketing, market research, client relationship management, and technical product positioning. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, analytical thinker, and passionate about combining technical knowledge with business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients
- Maintain and update CRM systems, sales reports, and marketing databases
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, product development, and operations
- MBA (Marketing / International Business / Sales or related field) from a recognized institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable and well versed
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Eagerness to learn, high adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Exposure to real-world sales and marketing strategies
