Looking Good Furniture is seeking applications to fill Retail Sales Associate vacancies at its Banashankari and BTM store. 

The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting sales activities and sales associated job duties such as welcoming customers in the store, answering customer queries, offering assistance, suggesting items to suit specific or general requirements, and providing product information. 

Retail Sales Associates must demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, assist in display of merchandise and organizing the selling floor and stock areas. 

The successful candidates must continually refresh their knowledge of looking good furniture product range, assist in processing customer payments, and maintain professional attitude and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures

Qualification

• Preferred any graduates

Language

• Should be able to read, write, speak English.
