Sales Associate - Level 1
- Penopedia LLP is looking for an ambitious, career oriented & customer focused Level 1 Sales Associate to join our team.
- Location: Delhi; Territory: Complete NCT (Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Ghaziabad etc.)
- Role Type: Field Sales, Marketing & Brand Development
- As a Sales Associate with Penopedia, you will have an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a brand recognition strategy for SMB Partners (Small and medium Business) in North India, starting with the National Capital Territory (NCT).
- The role will require engaging retailers at all points of their life cycle.
- You will have to identify and recruit new retailers that deliver a great customer experience and also have a broad product selection in stock.
- This role also entails engaging with existing retail clients across the NCT, and onboarding pre-existing clients not in our exhaustive list of dealers.
- This role is critical to Penopedia’s strategy for growth, from a customer experience perspective; & a great opportunity to be a part of a new entrepreneurial team, solving problems in the heart of the NCT.
- In this role, you will have hands-on, day-to-day interaction with customers. Utilizing our catalog with over 2,000 products, you will act as a consultant, helping your customers find new ways to grow their business through a partnership with Penopedia. Because of our positive reputation for quality service, customers look forward to seeing our Sales Representatives and actively seek product advice to improve their business operations.
- You will be expected to have good sales acumen and the ability to communicate in an outgoing, poised and persuasive manner. The ideal candidate will be highly detail orientated and hardworking while continuously developing their skills and knowledge.
