Sales Associate
⦁ Responsible for B2C Sales through inbound and outbound calls.
⦁ Responsible for identifying and acquiring new sales channels.
⦁ Develop and implement strategies to achieve the revenue goals of the company.
⦁ Serve as an active sales representative with prospects and customers.
⦁ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
⦁ Negotiate/close deals.

⦁ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
⦁ Negotiating techniques
⦁ Fast learner and passion for sales
⦁ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
⦁ Handling irate customers
⦁ Good at convincing, problem solving, and objection handling abilities.
⦁ Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries.
