Job Description
- Looking for Sales Consultants for its team interested candidates can contact .
- Responsible for Target Achievement of vehicles, insurance, accessories, exchange etc.
- To conduct marketing events for lead generation.
- To ensure customer satisfaction during various stages of sales process .
- To present his / her visiting card to customer at the time of first contact.
- Ensure complete entry of sales enquiries in GDMS.
- To keep his / her Knowledge updated on HMIL Products, Competition and industry.
- Ensure proper need identification through probing.
- Give proper demo of the car to the customer as per SOP.
- Offer test drive to all customers and enter their feedback in GDMS.
- To advise on all payment / Finance Options Available at dealership.
- Be present during delivery and ensure customer delight.
- Identifying the customers basing on market segmentation and generate inquiries for the sales process.
