Job Description
- Adeeba E Services looking for candidates with good communication in English and convincing skills.
- This job is only to candidates who has worked for tech support for inbound or outbound process.
- Designation:Sales Executives.
- Summary:Troubleshooting issues in computer software of customers computer for Windows and Mac.
- Candidates needs to receive calls of customers that will call related to computer software issues of windows and mac candidates needs to troubleshoot issues like anti virus,pop up calls like error messages and other software issues.
- Need to speak in English.
- Need to have basic computer knowledge.
- Need to close their own calls.
- Need to be flexible.
- Need to be flexible in shifts / process.
- Require only Exp candidates in terms of tech exp experience only who has worked for outbound and inbound.
- Qualification:12 Pass/ Graduated
- Salary is credited 1st of every month.
- Fixed salary offered between 15,000 to 26,000 depending on experience.Attractive incentives.Leaves , comp offs and B’day Leaves are applicable.
- No Stretching of any shifts you apply like morning or night.Roster (1 fixed week off) and 6 days work
