Job Description

Job Designation: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing customers and achieving sales target every quarter by various given leads generated from print media or digital media and Cold calling .
Showing the asked projects to the interested customers and converting them into genuine buyers.
Do daily basis follow-ups and keep track of all active leads and ensuring towards closure as per manager’s guidance
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
Be a great Team player .

Salary: Upto 20 K /Month (Not a constraint for right Skills)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
Devotion to high-quality customer service
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Keen analytical and research abilities
Knowledge of relationship management best practices.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.

Candidate Note:

Should have Excellent communication skills in speaking & written English.
