Job Description
Wizako GMAT GRE Prep, an IIM Alumni Venture, is looking to expand its current sales team by recruiting dynamic, hardworking, well-spoken individuals who can contribute positively to its student-centric efforts.
What you will be doing
The objective of the role is to engage with those who have expressed an interest in our courses. Typically, the Sales Associate would be required to follow-up and maintain strong lines of communication with our learners and potential customers. The associate will be required to
• Call and engage with trial users and other learners that we have a relationship with.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Explain the differences across the different products we offer so that customers can make an educated choice
• Develop a fundamental knowledge of the different tests in order to answer student queries.
• Use email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms to reach out to potential customers.
• Properly manage and document all customer enquiries using the systems established by the company.
