Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supplier & Site Visits
- Regularly visit supplier and company sites to understand products, pricing, and availability.
- Negotiate and bargain with suppliers for the best rates and terms.
- Build strong vendor and supplier relationships.
✅ Inventory Management
- Oversee godown operations including receiving incoming stock, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Supervise and coordinate product packing, order packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure safe and organized storage of inventory.
✅ Order & Delivery Handling
- Manage and track customer orders from placement to delivery.
- Update order tracking details in apps and communicate updates to customers.
- Handle returns, replacements, and customer issues smoothly.
✅ Price & Market Research
- Check and update product prices on different e-commerce websites daily.
- Identify pricing trends and suggest competitive pricing strategies.
- Assist in product listings and promotions based on market trends.
✅ Stock & App Updates
- Maintain accurate stock records in written as well as apps/software.
- Regularly update product counts, stock movements, and alert on low stock.
- Work closely with the team to ensure app data matches ground reality.
✅ Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively in Telugu, Hindi, English, and Tamil when needed.
- Provide regular operational reports to management.
