Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: 
  • Identifying potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Qualifying leads to determine their suitability and potential.
2. Sales Process: Understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate products or services, Delivering presentations and demonstrations, and Negotiating terms and closing deals. 

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Providing ongoing support and addressing customer inquiries. 
4. Sales Performance and Reporting: 
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Tracking sales progress and generating reports.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
