Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identifying potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Qualifying leads to determine their suitability and potential.

2. Sales Process: Understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate products or services, Delivering presentations and demonstrations, and Negotiating terms and closing deals.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Providing ongoing support and addressing customer inquiries.

4. Sales Performance and Reporting:

Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
Tracking sales progress and generating reports.
Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales Ability: Persuasive and confident in engaging customers and recommending products.

Customer Service Orientation: Friendly, patient, and attentive to customer needs.

Technical Skills: Ability to operate POS systems, mobile apps, and basic computer programs.

Time Management: Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Professionalism: Dependable, well-groomed, and respectful in all interactions.

Adaptability: Able to learn quickly and adjust to new products, store layouts, and promotions.
