Position-
Sales Associate
Location: Mumbai Dombivli East
Shift: US Night Shift
(6:30pm 3:30am IST)
Working Days: 5 Days (Sat and Sun are holidays)
Work from Office
Role and responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US IT staffing and recruiting market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose tailored staffing solutions to meet their hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates to clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English Communication must.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: Fresher ₹15,000 Experienced: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month as per the experience.

Home drops will be provided to residents of Dombivili and Kalyan. (For those residing outside ot the areas mentioned, station drops to Dombivili Station will be provided)
