Conduct cold calls to potential business clients.

Generate leads and qualify prospects based on company criteria.

Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings with decision-makers.

Present products/services to prospects and explain value propositions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Provide feedback and market insights to the sales manager.

Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales (preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities.

Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven environments.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
-
Experience in international markets (US/UK) is an added advantage.

Prior exposure to appointment setting / inside sales.
-
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
