You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and product expertise.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and approach them in a courteous and professional manner. Actively listen to their furniture needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our furniture collection, including materials, features, and design aesthetics. Educate customers about product options and benefits.
Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their requirements and complement their home decor.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product value propositions, upselling additional items, and closing sales transactions.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase assistance. Address any customer concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Merchandising: Assist with merchandising efforts, including maintaining a visually appealing showroom environment and arranging furniture displays to highlight key products.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales orders, invoices, and customer records.
Qualifications:
