Sales Associate
Job Description
With decades of experience and a loyal customer base, we are looking to grow our in-store and online presence with a dynamic and customer-friendly team.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Attend walk-in customers at the store and help them with product selection
-
Handle WhatsApp inquiries, share product details, prices, and take orders
-
Build good customer relationships by understanding their needs and guiding them accordingly
-
Create and manage order bookings from Instagram, WhatsApp, and website
-
Assist in product packaging, invoicing, and basic store upkeep
-
Maintain stock display and cleanliness at the store
-
Support in shooting content or showcasing products for Instagram Reels or live sessions (if comfortable)
-
Female candidates only

Minimum education: 12th pass or above
-
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a bonus)

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone usage
-
Polite, energetic, and trustworthy personality
-
Willing to learn about gemstones and crystals (training provided)
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday Off
