Job Description

We are hiring for a reputed Bank!!

Process: Voice Process/Outbound calling

AGE LIMIT- up to 30yrs

Req: Graduate Freshers/Exp

Shift time: 10 am to 7 pm

Week off: Sunday fixed off and any 2 sat offs

Salary: 16k to 26k in-hand + incentives

*Good English Communication Required*

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining products/services, handling objections, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle high call volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Follow a structured sales pitch to engage customers and generate interest.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Convert cold and warm leads into sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads to close deals.

Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in CRM software.
Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
