Job Description

A sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients. Their primary role is to reach out to potential customers and existing clients via phone calls ,emails, other communication channels to inform them about the services available and persuade them to make an purchase or schedule an appointment.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.

Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.

Achieving established goals.

Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
