Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As
a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and convert leads, drive
occupancy, and build strong relationships with potential clients. You'll be a key player in
Hustlehub’s growth journey by helping businesses find their ideal workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate and nurture leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.
● Conduct site tours and explain Hustlehub's workspace offerings to prospective clients.
● Understand client needs and recommend suitable workspace solutions.
● Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of all interactions and sales progress.
● Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Assist in negotiating terms and closing deals.
● Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
● Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of proven sales experience (experience in co-working or real estate is a plus).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
● Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
● Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
