Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines fieldwork with the flexibility of work-from-home options, making it ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client management, and telecom services. You will be responsible for both B2B and B2C sales, including SIM card sales, fiber installations, and COCP (Customer Order Creation Platform) activation. You will also engage in telecalling from home to generate leads and convert prospects.
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving sales targets for telecom products and services. Your responsibilities will include direct sales, telecalling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B and B2C Sales:

SIM Cards Sales: Sell Jio SIM cards to new and existing customers, ensuring proper activation and setup.

Fiber Sales: Promote Jio Fiber services and packages to businesses and residential clients, explaining the benefits of high-speed internet.

COCP Activation: Guide customers through the process of activation using Jio’s Customer Order Creation Platform (COCP).

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for both B2B and B2C sales channels.

Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and engage in cold calling to potential B2B clients.
2. Client Management & Distribution:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients (B2B and B2C) to ensure long-term loyalty.

Field Work & Distribution: Visit clients’ locations to pitch Jio products and services, including SIM cards and fiber installations. Manage product delivery and installations in the field.

Support and Service: Assist customers with troubleshooting or addressing any concerns related to their Jio services.

Market Research: Identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ offerings to improve sales strategy.
3. Telecalling (Work from Home):

Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in Jio’s telecom services (SIM cards, fiber, etc.).

Product Information: Provide detailed information about Jio’s offerings and answer any questions customers might have regarding packages, features, or pricing.

Follow-ups: Ensure regular follow-up calls with prospective customers to close sales and answer additional questions.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for field visits with potential clients who are interested in fiber installation or other Jio services.
4. Reporting & Documentation:

Sales Reporting: Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and report progress on a daily/weekly basis to the Sales Manager.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation, ensuring that client information is up-to-date in the CRM system.

Performance Metrics: Achieve individual and team sales targets, including number of SIM cards sold, fiber installations, and overall customer satisfaction.
